This thread got me researching. Ferrari Brut Trento DOC is produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes using the traditional method, the same as Blanc de Blanc Champagne, and it is rated 91/100 by the major wine magazines, Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast and Robert Parker's The Wine Advocate.
