FWIW, in my case the rep claimed that the cert will post at the anniversary of the boundless. Did your 85k cert actually post ? If so when did it post ?
Here's an additional DP. I upgraded to the Ritz from Boundless in July and my anniversary is in August. I got a little bit of refund on the Boundless annual fees. The $450 fees hasn't posted yet but i would expect it to post when the current billing cycle ends. I did already get the anniversary certificate and it was the 85k cert so i'm really happy that i did the PC prior to the anniversary. The Ritz suite upgrade certificates also posted to my account.
All in all, happy with the change so far. Now I just need to use up the $300 credit before the end of the year.
