There is a fast track security lines, but even for the regular lines there is limited wait. Nothing of Haneda's chaos. The terminals are not as crowded, there is far more space to spread over. Lounge situation is about the same. But Cathay's Haneda lounge is much nicer than the AA lounge with Cathay signs in Narita. Though for Star Alliance you can avoid the mess that is ANA's lounge by going to the United Club, admittedly the ANA lounge is nicer in concept but with United you don't have to be lucky to find an available chair.
Arrivals is also much well organised and less hectic. Transit experience is another win for Narita, no security check for US arrivals and actual space for the a decent number of screening lines.
Haneda's problem is not enough space for the number of passengers.
