So i have a similar story possibly in the making. Im booked YYZ-DXB-BKK on EK F in a few weeks booked on aeroplan originally as YYZ-DEL-BKK on airindia F and due to a time change resulting in -30minutes connection i was able to rebook the EK flight. My trip also looks good on cowtool. However i am able to select seats on the emirates site, and add my booking to their app and view...
So im wondering if im good to go or not... Maybe ill call up emirates and ask them if everything is ok for my trip...
