What is the Problem with IHG IT?
How long is this overall IT problem at IHG going to go on for? The IT problems at IHG are just incredible, but what is beyond belief is that they apparently don't want to to do anything about it. It's so bad it's unbelievable. So, now can I not only research hotels (in London, for example), I can't even sign into my account. Just errors out each time. It's a total cluster. Perhaps they don't want us to book with them. After all, the hotel prices are so high in London from what I was able to see that they obviously have enough well paying clients. So, they don't need me, or any of you lot either. But that is actually another consideration: is the site actually displaying the correct prices, given how screwed up it is? I know London is expensive, but the proliferation of stupid prices in late September is beyond me.
