How long to issue award tickets?
Just made a new booking online. Payment looks to have gone through but the final page had an issue loading and then said error encountered. Miles have been deducted from my account and I can pull up the reservation which is showing as confirmed but there are no e-ticket numbers underneath the names. I thought online bookings would have tickets issued instantly but just wanted to check in case I should be ringing QR to sort out a potential issue before the segments drop out?
