Anyone managed to actually get miles for booking.com bookings? I couldn't find a field to include the M&M number, and when tried contacting booking.com support they came out as not extremely competent...

booking.com miles, you can contact Lufthansa directly and they can add it for you, from my site I tried to add it but it wouldn't let me do so.
