I have not had this kind of problem but have always found Rakuten customer service to be very responsive. Please let us know what they say. Any chance this is more of a Dell issue than a Rakuten issue? I don't shop at Dell but feel like I'm always reading reports about other Amex-related transactions there going awry (orders getting cancelled, Bus Plat credits not posting or getting clawed back ...).
