Just checked-in. Booked with Hyatt Prive rate + Globalist. Hotel refused to upgrade beyond the 1 category guaranteed by Prive rate, despite having availability for both City View Room and Terrace Room for the entire stay. Not sure if I care to contact Hyatt and complain (or if anyone has a better idea), or maybe just cut my stay short and move elsewhere and write this property off.

First time running into a Hyatt that didn't want to honour program terms.
