Stayed two nights at The Okura Heritage back in March and had a great stay, the room was stunning, breakfast in the restaurant and room service excellent and service was friendly. Great value compared to its completion and will be our first choice for 5 star going forward. Previously enjoyed the Conrad and the Tokyo Station hotel although the later is a bit of a maze. Conrad has the best breakfast buffet or did but not sure how 2023 compares with 2019.
