Beware of doing this in advance (you can buy one at the club for the same price). There have been reports of Admirals Clubs refusing day passes due to "crowding" and JFK went from having two to only having a single one. Note that you can also buy a flagship lounge single visit pass (for $150 or 15,000 AA miles):
