I hope they upgrade the soundproofing in the the Chambers rooms, especially the ones facing Euston, as they are almost impossible to sleep in and one of the main reasons I no longer stay there. There's a reason there are complimentary ear plugs included with the toiletries in those rooms!
This sums up the issues with the rooms, personally I wouldn't risk this hotel. I am unsure they will do sound proofing I have to say, depends just how big a refurb there is.
Plenty of better options in London
