Call +41 848 365 365 during CH hours to get it sorted. Ask them to rebook on the date you want and see what they say for the taxes/fare diff. If you’re in booking class F and A is available, you can ask to be rebooked in that and the fare difference will be refunded to you (perks of full flex tickets). If it’s a problem somehow just cancel the ticket and make a new booking.
Thanks for that. My fare is First Flex, but the booking class is A. It still does state it's refundable, so I presume there will be no penalties for a cancellation in case that's what I end up doing?
