Appreciate the peek! I'm watching 25 years flash before my eyes after numerous wonderful stays there as a Park Hyatt.
Where the round metal sculpture hanging on the wall (far left)on the way to the elevators is where
the concierge desk used to be with a team of top professionals
It was great for security as they watched who came in and left.
Rooms look ok not sure if comfortable.
The lobby looks like something out of a science fiction movie and not timeless or sophisticated.
Great for Comic Con attendees though.Once upon a time Park Hyatt era the heads of Sony would stay there and other notables
Now the rooms look like a casual Hilton by Canopy hotel
Not high end or sophisticated.I'll wait till some of you put your toes in the water as guinea pigs
& first adapters to sink or swim

Without Marriott's program creating a built in revenue stream have to agree with Kacee
probably be multiple owners over time till its gets a footing & strong affiliation with some program Hilton Curio?
Even then San Fran is in the doldrums sadly these days.Going to be a tough road.
The building is iconic one of my all time faves
