Wow who on earth is financing capital improvements for this property, given (a) the current SF market, and (b) this property's location, which has always been a challenge, and has always required massive discounting on weekends.

It was always something of an odd fit as LM, but I think they're really going to struggle in this location without the Marriott affiliation.
