I snipped the benefits listed in between because otherwise it wouldn't fit in a screenshot but it does spell it out clearly on DL's site - only the DL Platinum & DL Reserve cards qualify one for the MQD Waiver.
As noted above, if you have a DL Platinum or DL Reserve and thus have a card that can qualify you for the MQD waiver, if you also have a DL Gold AmEx, purchases on that DL Gold AmEx will count towards the MQD Waiver. But having the DL Gold AmEx card itself does not come with the MQD Waiver benefit.
