(I don't have 5 posts so can't share URL's in post yet).

The breadcrumbs from the SkyMiles website, in context to MQD Waiver, links you to multiple URL's where the Delta Gold Amex is front and center. The only place is "how to qualify" website excludes the Delta Gold Amex card is in a hidden section of the page.

Again, yes, maybe every T&C's doesn't call it this out, but advertising tactics are very deceptive.
