Your're much better off financially using a prepaid transfer car like UBER.
Also, the new Elizabeth line will take you directly (and pretty fast) from LHR to Bond street station, and from there a black cab to the hotel will be no more than 20 GBP at most. All central London Elizabeth line stations are new and have both escalators end elevators from platform to street level, unlike the older, much smaller, and much less practical tube stations on the Piccadilly line.
I gave the same advice to an 80-something friend who wanted to get to the DT over near Russell Sq. Much better to take Elizabeth line to Tottenham Ct Road then regular black cab hailed from the street. Although the Pic line goes direct and looks on paper like a great solution, it’s packed, hot, slow and with masses of stairs and crowds (and a lift at Russell Sq to boot). Elizabeth line is designed for 21st C accessibility needs.
For the Park Lane property it’s the same sort of argument for Hyde Park Corner station.
You could do the same on the way back too.
