Yes, the "why" often doesn't matter. One thing to be aware of though is that upgrade pricing is based on inventory, and you'll see the lowest pricing when P is available. So if I'm looking for a buy-up, I'll watch for P.

Yes, I love to see that super high pricing when I'm high on the list, because it makes it very likely the seats will go for upgrades rather than buy-ups.
