Admittedly, it's been ~15 years since I last went, but I'd have thought they'd still have ticket counters on-site.
Yeah that's what I thought but it's seems that's not the case as it's only booking online which requires wechat (which doesn't seem to always work or emailing them direct but that only works of the entire party is foreign nationals - in our case that doesnt work)
