If that were my only experience with Hyatt, I'd bail. Luckily my experiences on property are amazing.
Very sorry to hear that, I still have no response from the hotel, nor from Hyatt so not the best experience so far. Hopefully they will wake up soonish 😀
I do think it is important to have good service before, during and after a stay, before that was a case with Hyatt back when globalist was still Diamond but I guess things have changed
