Friendly reminder - the reason for the airfare increase to ridiculous & astronomical levels was AU government action that introduced quotas of passengers who could fly to AU each day. Airlines were not able to fly full capacity so fares went up - we call it supply and demand, if memory serves... Airfares to countries that had no COVID travel restrictions like MX stayed at more or less normal levels.

Sure...and a friendly reminder, about QR...you brought it up. Supply and demand yes, possibly .Seriously what put QR out of pocket by NOT increasing fares astronomical;y? Just because you can doesn't mean you should. Then to infer they are the "good guys"...I repeat "Oh Please" . Nothing more than gouging people in a poor situation.
