That link has expired, but according to FlightAware.com, the last ~10 days of AV83 LAX-BOG have been operated by Wamos A330. Google Flights also indicates Wamos A330 until ~end of Oct. Are you sure it was A320 on 7/1?

It is selling J around $700 on most dates according to Google Flights. Curious for any BIS report.

In any case, I don't see any evidence they've honored their press release about the 787 on LAX-LIM. Looks like they're using A330 angle flat for the time being.

I'm booked for next May. I guess anything could happen between now and then. I'd also prefer Copa lie-flat if available, for the peace of mind.
