There are some interesting bits in section 26 - Relief for Failure to Transport / Failure to Operate
Whenever Carrier cancels or otherwise fails to operate any scheduled flight, Carrier will, at the request of the Passenger, either (i) transport the Passenger on another of Carrier’s flights on which space is available in the same class of service at no additional charge, or (ii) provide Passenger with a full refund in accordance with Section 26. Except as may be provided in Section 37, Carrier shall have no other liability or responsibility to any Passenger as a result of a failure to operate any flight. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL CARRIER BE LIABLE TO ANY PASSENGER FOR ANY TYPE OF SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
I'm not sure the removal of the mint cabin necessarily qualifies as a failure to operate the scheduled flight. But if it is, you could have gotten a refund or been put on another of B6's flights.
From section 27 - Denied Boarding Compensation
The Passenger is offered accommodations or is seated in a section of the aircraft other than that specified on the ticket at no extra charge, except that a Passenger seated in a section for which a lower fare is charged shall be entitled to an appropriate refund
So if you traveled in economy when you had purchased a mint fare, you are definitely entitled to an "appropriate refund." It's not totally clear what "appropriate" means in practice.
