OMG. So wish I had checked this thread before booking, but had a quick unexpected overnight at Waikiki and booked this property, only to learn about the lack of food service upon arrival. I was livid, and let my concierge and Hyatt corporate know about it. How they can continue to let this property operate under a "full service" Hyatt brand flag is beyond me. Really disappointed in Hyatt on this one.
