Even if they respond In a timely manner, consumer affairs in the last year won't do anything to help. I've been very frustrated several times In the last year with rude, obnoxious agents who seem to delight in being condescending when I experienced very real problems.

If that were my only experience with Hyatt, I'd bail. Luckily my experiences on property are amazing.
