If you have an EF subscription then you can search under the "Awards and Upgrades" section for that, selecting AA as the carrier and the "First - Upgrade (for 3-cabin flights only) (A)" fare class option.
If that's now operational again then I may resubscribe! Last year award inventory (certainly for BA) ceased to be trackable. If it's functioning again I'll become a return customer. Thanks!
