I've been unsuccessfully trying to submit an online complaint to AESA for an involuntary downgrade. Every time I click Continue on the third page of the claim form on the website, it give an error message and you have to start over. I have tried this on the Spanish & English versions. Has anyone been able to successfully submit a claim to AESA? The alternative is that I will send the claim form to AESA through snail mail. Thank you.
