The seat and bed are absolutely fine - you will have no problem there!

You should also look at Latam still . Although no longer with One World , I can still acrue Avios to my Iberia Plus Account ( No Tier points though...) Not sure what the situation with BA is , to be honest.

Occasionally I can pick up decent business class fares on their website
