Well there's an AeroTel attached to the arrival hall at T3, and it claims to have rooms available by the hour. But when I try to book random hourly slots the price seems to be the same as a full day at around £238, which I guess is more than you'd want to pay. The Leonardo Hotel just adjacent to the airport on Bath Road has day use rooms at £70 for 7am-3pm.
