The $20 prepaid visa card that I got as a reward from Office Depot worked this week (8/2/23) to pay my Citibank Double cash credit card but the Swagbucks Mastercard would not work today (8/4/23). So it is pretty clear it is specifically these cards from Swagbucks that have stopped working - probably a restriction put on by the card issuer.
