UA, the FFP that supposedly credited the flight needs to reverse the credit and confirm that it did. TK then needs to open a ticket with SQ and ask for the credit. Knowing the state of affairs at UA and TK I wouldn't expect much. Hope you are not missing a significant amount of miles.
I reached out to UA and they asked for the 13 digit ticket number. They told me that there was no credit to them on any account for this e-ticket hence they can't do any reversals.
Well, it is a significant number of miles (10k+) and was the flight that requalifies me for *Gold.
