You do understand that Qpoints are not a currency you can spend? They are simply a measure of how much you have travelled during a rolling 12 month period, used to determine which tier of the loyalty programme you qualify for. Every airline FF programme is the same, although some use a fixed year rather than a rolling year. Either way, if you haven’t travelled you won't achieve the FF status.
Avios are the spendable currency, which you can use at duty free in DOH, or on flights with QR and their many partner airlines. You can also transfer them to some other schemes which opens up more spending possibilities
