Yes, you can use the "transfer" function to pay any account. Just "save" that account prior to use. AmEx Business checking allow a max of 5 accounts to be visible. So you may need to delete some periodically. But the account info is not lost by that deletion. You can bring that account back without reentering account numbers.
Btw, the Zelle feature is available from lots of financial service providers (nothing special about Chase).
Thanks -- and yes true Zelle is not proprietary, just meant on my current Chase account that's what they offer for this use case and the limitations of Zelle have been annoying in a few cases. Sounds like the Amex account may be a good alternative.
