UA, the FFP that supposedly credited the flight needs to reverse the credit and confirm that it did. TK then needs to open a ticket with SQ and ask for the credit. Knowing the state of affairs at UA and TK I wouldn't expect much. Hope you are not missing a significant amount of miles.
