BA settled my claim in June, I’ve just had a message from CEDR stating that BA have requested an extension and been given an additional 10 working days to respond as they are still awaiting information.

Should I do anything? I thought I didn’t need to respond after the claim was settled but it seems silly there are people wasting their time chasing something that’s already complete.
