Just wondering if anyone has had any recent China Southern longhaul flights in Business Class especially either DXB-CAN or CAN-SYD?

The China Southern website alludes to a pre order facility for meals in Business Class but Manage My Booking only reveals special diet meals, does anyone have any insight into this?

Also, how is the lounge/CAN airport? I will have an 8hr transit there.
