Actually, today my eUpgrade didn’t go through to business, even though I was first in line on the waitlist. An FA got it who was waitlisted for both economy and business. Interestingly, this FA was initially waitlisted as the 4th, 5th, and 6th in line for business (I had taken screenshots). PDM processes it in that order.
The onload recommendation screen shows employee standby above revenue pax.
If someone no-shows, or cancels after PDM runs, the GA is going to look at the onload recommendation list and clear "#1", which is someone who should not be #1 in that case.
