Is there a particular time when it is best to book a trip from DUB via London to earn 640 TP and get it for a lot less than £1,500?

Also, is this kind of trip just over a weekend or a long weekend possible? Apologies, I'm very new to the UK/EU to US TP runs and don't have time to do a whole week.

I'd love to be able to do a couple of UK to US runs where I can earn 1200+ TPs and if it costs less £1,500 for each of those, that would be perfect - is that possible?
