Is that on 2 tickets? Single booking with 2 ticket numbers? That is very risky and not exactly an easy case for EC reg 261. There is a strange recent ruling that such constructed itineraries are 'valid EC reg 261 claims', but that is a) likely being contested and b) Swiss won't care a damn since they are not bound by any such rulings anyway.
