It was the return journey of a ticket booked and starting in GVA Switzerland and pure BA flight numbers although the DFW to BJX and back to DFW is a codeshare with AA. They have accepted fault and rebooked them tomorrow on United.

My wife itravels on a visa and daughter has an esta due to my nationality and her passport. Complicated yes but its the 3rd time this year and everything is valid.
