It was the return journey and clearly their mistake. They were denied in Bjx by the AA checkin staff. The ticket is all BA flight numbers with only the DFW to BJX legs an AA operated codeshare.

My worry is that BA send us to AA and AA send us back to BA which seems to happen regularly as we travel this route a lot and have issues. Who do we contact?
