TD & CIBD cards are pretty much identical. There are minor differences like cost for supplementary cards, Nexus rebate, insurance; but the core benefits are the same.

AMEX is a good option too, but there are some drawbacks depending on the tier you are looking at (ex: lounge access is more limited on AMEX and you get fewer points per dollar spent)
