Once before I tried to go up to the one in the B Concourse but when I walked over to the sky Deck area in the club, it was closed.
They shouldn’t unless there is weather. I’ve been at both the new MSP and new JFK SkyClubs in the past months and in both cases I was at the lounge until close and the SkyDeck was open up until they kicked everyone out when the SkyClub itself closed.
