Cheaper to buy luxury goods abroad vs UK?
Hi there

Is it still the case that it's cheaper to buy luxury goods abroad and then claim the vat back? I have an offer on my UK amex which is the equivalent to 20% cashback but I don't know if it's a good deal compared to waiting till I go abroad and buying the same goods there. What should I do?
