Such as vast difference between North American STR v. European STR. Over the last 2 months, I’ve stayed at both the SF STR and Toronto STR. Applied SNA to one, received a suite upgrade (Toronto). Very nice room. Limited breakfast selection as an Ambassador

SF STR was not even 20% occupied. Did not offer a true suite upgrade on website using SNA, I pulled it off my reservation and my personal Ambassador went to bat for me. Got a suite that was fine. In the am, they brought me a very small, limited “Bonvoy” menu to chose one item as my breakfast benefit.

Rome, Florence, Venice STRs….night and day v. NA
