Knock on effects for a flight from their Hub are not a valid excuse, they should have other aircraft.

Indeed - explained this and have given them 4 weeks to confirm that they wish to proceed with this as their final answer before I raise a court claim on the 30th August.
Do they ever actually respond - or is there any harm in just going straight to a court claim based on their initial refusal.
