After a few experiments between January and April, finally received first bunch of avios from BA through Shopping BA. Here is what I have done:
1. Use Incognito mode in Chrome
2. Go straight to Sainsbury's, log into the grocery account, reserve the slot and pick all items as usual
3. Do not check out after picking all items you want
4. Stay in Incognito mode, but go to Shopping BA this time
5. Log in to Shopping BA and look for Sainsbury's
6. Your order should have not yet been disappeared if you finish all the steps above within 2 hours
7. Do not amend your order, go straight to check out.
A. Remember to accept cookies every time when BA and Sainsbury's asked you
B. When you have received your confirmation through email from Sainsbury's titled "Thatk you for your order XXXXXXXXX", it only means your order has been processed by Sainsbury's. It doesn't mean BA has your record at this stage.
C. There will be an email from "Shopping through British Airways" at around 02:00 UK Time the next day, titled "Your XXX avios are on your way", it means BA has the record and it is processing.
D. On the 35th day after the email being sent, there will be a confirmation email from "Shopping through British Airways" titled "You've collected XXX avios", it means the avios should be arriving within 24 hours.
- If you haven't received an email from "Shopping through British Airways" to Shopping BA after 36 hours, it means BA doesn't have your order on tracked.
- If your order is still amendable (before 23:00 on the day before collection):
Cancel the order, try the steps above with first checking out exceed £40. However, the delivery/collection slot has been lost.
- If you have collected the order or the order is not amendable:
There is nothing you can do to earn avios in this order, try the steps above next time

Thanks for the advice ARXXXX, I have just given that a go having not received, my estore points since 16th June 2023. Up until then I had no problem so it's strange why this has happened all of a sudden.
I will hopefully get my Estore email in the next 36 hours after following your steps.. I will post back and let you guys know if it has worked - fingers crossed - that's a lorra lorra miles we are missing out on!
