I'm a US citizen with excellent credit and almost 40 years credit history but I live in Australia. I was looking at the Venture (not Venture X) but this issue makes me nervous. No way I can make minimum spend if I can't use it in Australia. I'm currently at 6/24 so I can't get any more Chase until mid 2024.

Is this still a problem? I can't get the Cap 1 app with Aussie iTunes app store, so probably no Apple Pay option. I normally use Chase cards to pay my bills with no problems.
