Just curious, what kind of response times Hyatt usually has tl feedback emails about stays that dont go as planned?
As a globalist I sent a email 6 days ago and not a peep from them. Just in comparison IHG never longer then 24hours as a diamond, Hilton Diamond 24-48hrs and Marriott as LTP generally under 36hrs so I am suprised that Hyatt where service seems key would take almost a week to respond? Is this normal or is the office on summer holidays 😀
Not the end of the world and certainly not in a hurry on this since the stay is long and gone but curiosity got the best of me
